Shipping policy

We offer:

    • Free shipping for all orders above $99, within Canada.

    • Ground shipping at a flat rate of $19.99, within Canada.

    • Large and/or heavy packages ground shipping starting at $24.99, within Canada.

    • Pick-up option at our Brossard, Quebec warehouse. An email is sent when the order is ready. Please have your ID and/or your order on hand when picking up.

All shipping fees are subject to sales taxes. All orders are processed within two business days and in the order in which they were placed. A tracking number and a confirmation email will be sent once the order is shipped. Once shipped, the usual delivery time is within seven business days. Isolated areas may require longer delivery time. We only ship to a valid address in Canada and do not offer international shipping at the moment.

If a package is not claimed, refused, or the address provided is incorrect, once we receive the returned package, we will refund the merchandise cost after deduction of the shipping cost. If the package has to be shipped again, shipping fees will be charged to the order.

Please take note that due to inventory changes, we reserve the right to modify and/or cancel an order, and reimburse the client in the case that we cannot fulfill the order.

 


 

Return policy

Due to health and food safety reasons, all shipped food products without defects are not eligible for return and/or exchange. Nonedible products can be returned within 14 calendar days after the reception.

In case of an error in your order, please contact us within 48 hours of the order reception. In case of a defective product, please contact us within 7 calendar days. Beyond the prescribed period, we cannot process any claims.

Please email us at commandes@arcticafood.com, by sending us your order number, a description of the problem, pictures of the product, and all other relevant information. After the study, we will issue you a return authorization number. Please include this number with your returned item.

For all returns or exchanges, you are responsible of the shipping cost. Unless declined, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping slip for your return. The shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

The returned item must be new, in its original condition and packaging, and is subject to a 10% restoking fee. Your return will be inspected and the refund processed within 10 workdays after the reception. You will receive a confirmation email.

The seller reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the regulations of this policy.
